A co-worker recommended Shamrock. I needed complex roof repair work after finding a leak that had evidently been there a while and caused mold. Shamrock's roofing professionals visited my home and got the repairs done in three days.

The estimator worked with the claims agent to appraise the roof damage and was helpful in securing an insurance settlement. The crew was very thorough in removing the old roofing and preparing the surface for the new roof. The precisions and quality of installation was evident. They were also very thorough in cleanup. Before removal they install ground tarps around the building to catch anything that might fall from the roof. Afterward, they scoured the grounds for nails and other loose debris - even removing waste that had drifted into the neighbors back yard. I was very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and would highly recommend Shamrock to others.

Ashley did a very thorough inspection for me and let me know I did not have enough damage to file a claim with my insurance. Keegan Evans from Shamrock was referred to me by a trusted friend and neighbor and I am so glad he did! A rental property I owned suffered roof damage in a hail storm and I was not even aware of it! Keegan made the process so easy for me. He walked me through quantifying the level of damage and then qualifying for the funds the insurance company would pay by helping with the filing process and even met with the adjuster when they came out for their inspection. From choosing the new shingles to scheduling the build to following up - Keegan was with us every step of the way working around our schedule to make things happen. Today I had my entire property inspected by Toni Jo. She was such a delight, very knowledgeable, and patient with me. She answered every question I asked, which was reassuring since I know nothing about the process. She was very thorough and informative. I mostly admired her honesty after completing the inspection. My roof simply didn't have enough damage for insurance to cover, in her best opinion. It was noble of her to keep my best interests as her highest priority. Staff has been friand helpful with getting a claim for my roof. The quote was quick and efficient as well as completely easy to understand.

I had seen the signs going up in the neighborhood, and knew that I needed to have my roof looked at from all the hail we have had in the last couple of years. I kept meaning to call the company to have someone come and take a look at the roof. And then, as if they could almost sense it, Keegan and Dakota both showed up to my home to do an inspection. They were very professional, and seemed to know exactly what they were talking about. Keegan knows how to talk to a customer, and help them understand the claim process better. They spent around 15 minutes going around doing a full inspection of my house and property, and then when they came down they gave my roof a clean bill of health, and gave me their card. I will for sure be calling them out when another hail storm comes through Tulsa! I will by highly recommending them to my friends.

They did an excellent job on our roof back in September. What I really want to comment on is another issue. When they did the roof, they caused some minor damage to our leaf filter system. Although it took a while (they are busy) they TOTALLY repaired the damage at no cost while leaf filter said it would cost $8000 to repair. I had left a negative review based on misinformation from Leaf Filter. I REMOVED that review as they have shown me the damage wasn't so bad and they fixed it! I totally RECOMMEND Shamrock. Cullin and Sean (Nebraska)are awesome! 😀

Killian, one of the project managers, inspected the roof of my mama’s house the very next day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he determined the roof did not have to be replaced. There were however, a few areas that needed to be resealed. Killian went ahead and resealed these areas with product that he had on hand. He did not have to do this, but insisted that he is happy to make these simple repairs whenever he is able to. He stated “I love to replace damaged roofs, but if I can fix ‘em here and now, that’s even better.” I am forever grateful for this kind gesture. I was very impressed by the kindness and care he showed my mother and I.

This company was there from the beginning with the inspection, the estimate and the insurance claim. They were recommended from a church acquaintence, they did my neighbors home, and they were above all expectations. The insurance adjuster even said a lot of good things about Javier. I just had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed by Shamrock Roofing. They did a great job and we are 100% satisfied! Sam Spearman, the project manager for the replacement did a great job. The crews doing the work were very professional and friendly. The work was highest quality and the did a very detailed clean-up. It took one day for the roof from start to finish and one day for the gutters and downspouts.

Sam Spearman and his team were great to work with. They had the old shingles removed and new shingles installed within one day. We had to custom order a specific color of gutters so that was a different day, but they also had that done within just a few hours. The insurance claims process was very simple as they handled everything from start to finish.

After we had roof damage from a hail storm, Jacob and the team at Shamrock did a great job walking us through our options and working with our insurance to get our new roof and gutters installed. The work was done in a day and the gutter contractors also went above and beyond, fixing a section of rotted soffit.

I worked with Chance who approached me. He took care of all the insurance and addressed any concerns I had. They even fixed a couple spots I wanted touched up same day after install. Very happy!

Shamrock did a great job. We’re here on time and completed my roofing project in one day. I was especially pleased with the clean up. It was a bit windy during the roofing process and old tar paper was flying around. However when the job was completed everything thing had been cleaned up including pieces that blew into my neighbor’s yard. Very impressed with the roof and the clean up.

They did a great job on the roof. They did it in one day as promised. My only issue was they left the dumpster over night on our driveway preventing us from moving the cars back in the garage. Fortunately we did not have any storms that night. We also had to clean up a lot of nails after they moved the dumpster. But the work on the roof was outstanding and we are happy with our new roof.

I am a retired insurance adjustor myself, but had not been on my own roof for about four years due to knee injuries. John Vera Cruz checked the roof and showed me the photos of the hail damage. We contacted my homeowner's insurance and had everything taken care of with new shingles and gutters complete in under ten days from the day he inspected the roof. The roofing crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves to the point that I found only two nails and they were in flower pots where they had apparently bounced. The gutters were done the next day by an equally professional husband/wife team along with their son and daughter. All in all, about as painless a procedure as it could be.

John Jered came out for an inspection and determined there was hail damage. Made arrangements with my insurance adjuster who confirmed the damage. Shamrock did the work in one day. They had a very competent crew and foreman. John followed up and inspected the work himself. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

I highly recommend Shamrock roofing in Omaha. We were referred by our neighbor who also had a great experience with Shamrock. We needed a new roof and Shamrock worked directly with our insurance company and took care of everything start to finish! The process could not have been easier and our new roof looks great! Jered was very professional and responsive throughout the process and the roofing crew was extremely clean and efficient. Shamrock even took care of submitting for the recoverable depreciation from our insurance company for the deck, fence, and playset that I stained myself and discovered an extra $250 in coverage that my insurance company had missed. Shamrock also was able to complete the combing of my air conditioner which was damaged by the hail. We will definitely use Shamrock roofing again should we ever need to!

Very hands on personal experience. All questions answered, even ones they didn’t handle. The roof was done in under 24 hours and it’s a BIG roof. We interviewed 4 roofing companies. Shamrock was the only company that actually gave us a detailed outline of exactly what the project was going to cost and that's exactly what they charged us in the end. Byron was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was around when the work was being done. The roof was completed within days of signing the contract. Materials were delivered on Monday and the roof was done, completely, in one day, on Wednesday. Fillipe and his crew were hardworking, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were careful not to damage plants or windows. They cleaned up as they went and at the end. Leftover materials were removed the next day. My husband and I were 100% pleased and would reccommend Shamrock without reservation.

We could not be more pleased with the job Shamrock Roofing did in replacing our hail-damaged roof. First, one of Shamrock’s project managers, Javier Contreras, alerted us to the possibility that our roof might have hail damage like other roofs in our neighborhood that Shamrock had inspected. After Javier confirmed that to be the case, he then worked directly with our insurance company to make sure our claim was complete and in shape to be approved. Communication was excellent. Javier thoroughly explained the entire process to us and quickly responded to any questions we had at the outset and all the way through completion. He supervised the project and followed through on everything he said he would do. The project was competed in two days (as we were told it would be) and we ended up with a nice, new 30 year roof. The clean-up was thorough leaving no indication that a construction project had just taken place. Javier did a great job of building trust with us and then following through accordingly.

Olen from Shamrock came out the first time around to give us a quote, he wasn’t pushy, gave my wife and I plenty of time to think our option. Our roof is not a typical roof they had done before; my home is 100+ years old, 3 level high with old school high angle edges roof. To give you an idea my insurance company inspector walked on the roof with safety harness, said it was the most the dangerous roof he ever been on. After hiring Shamrock for the shingle roof replacement, they had a rocky start with the rain throughout the month that pushed our start date further out than expected. Tom the manager contacted me directly to reassure me that the job will get done and answered all my concerns. The day finally came, Shamrock Roofing undertook a particularly challenging roofing project, and I must say, their exceptional workmanship truly impressed me. On the second day, the lift they were using had damaged my neighbor’s yard, they were professional with directly speaking with my neighbor and Tom coming out with landscapers to see that repairs are done to his yard. My roof look great and would recommend anyone that needs a roofing project done to them. From start to finish, they displayed outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication, turning what seemed like an arduous task into a seamless process with minor hiccups that can be repaired in the end. Shamrock roofers are great. They are very hard workers. We just hope Shamrock give them a huge raise soon. Jacob Oliver seem to be a hardworker. There were a few concerns that needed to be addressed mainly Jacob threw a tantrum which I caught on my surveillance. He even asked me to make the check out to him. I did no such thing, so therefore, we can't give 5⭐ 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ are good and fair. I would recommend this company but make all checks out to the company.

I used Shamrock to replace a roof over the porch of one of my rental properties. I met with Jonathan and Kenny on a Thursday evening after work to sign the contract. Saturday by noon , the roof was completed and the mess was cleaned up. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work they were to complete. With some pretty heavy winds and a few storms rolling through in the past few weeks, we decided to take precautionary measures and have our roof inspected. Gage was the one who came by and made the process super quick and easy. Was on and off the roof in under 20 minutes and even provided a detailed video showing us what he saw. Super transparent and warned us of a few potential things to look out for but told us our roof looked really good for the time being. Will definitely be utilizing shamrock roofing any time we need something done!

I recently had Shamrock Roofing replace the aging roof on my house. The roof was near the end of it's expected life and I was preparing to have to pay the full amount out of pocket. I chose to go with Shamrock initially because of their pricing. They gave me the best pricing of all the other companies I had contacted and they have financing options available. But the real surprise and reason I am rating them 5-Stars is because of the people and the service they provided. My initial contact was with Shamrock was Zane Taylor. I cannot give Zane enough praise for everything he did during the project. His communication was superb. His attentiveness made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with though I know that he had others he was assisting throughout my project. His level of knowledge and professionalism kept me informed and confident that he had the answers to any questions that I threw his way. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. It is because of Zane and his experience that I decided to go ahead and check with my insurance about possibly filing a claim for past storm damages that Zane found while conducting the initial inspection. As a result, my insurance did approve the claim. He saved me thousands of dollars because he found areas of storm damage and provided me photos for the insurance. The project took about a day and a half and the unfortunate part of roofing that can happen, happened to me. My roof has two sky lights that the crew had to work around. During the replacement, some dry wall inside had been damaged and broken off. I contacted Zane and sent him a photo of the damage. In a matter of minutes, the crew foreman came and inspected the damage, confirmed it was most like their fault, and Zane had a dry wall contractor scheduled to come and fix it. It's this rapid response to an issue that sold me on Shamrock. I will be using them the next time I have a roofing need and I suggest to anyone who is needing or even thinks you may need your roof looked at to contact Shamrock Roofing.

If I could give more than 5 stars for Zane Taylor and Shamrock, I would! Zane rang our doorbell on just the right day (I had recently taken down our "no soliciting" sign to install our doorbell camera), asked if we had any leaks in our roof, and offered us a free inspection. Normally I'm a hard no to any salesperson at my door but we did happen to have a leak during a rainstorm just a few days prior. He ended up finding some hail damage and helped us get our roof and gutters 100% covered by our insurance—and all the work was completed less than 3 weeks later. Zane literally handled every detail. He met with the adjuster, handled all the paperwork, and managed our depreciations so we could get a second payment from insurance for completing the work. He even hand painted our fascia boards himself before they installed our new gutters! Our roof looks amazing and has a lifetime warranty! The crews that did the roof and gutters were excellent and cleaned up very well after they were done. They even disposed of some trash for us that was unrelated to the project. Highly recommend! This was an insurance paid job due to weather. Shamrock worked directly with my insurance company to discuss the needed repairs. Which saved me time and hassle! The roofing crew was very efficient in getting the roof replaced in minimal time. Not only did they have the roof completely done in 2 days, they took care as to not damage my surrounding landscape. They had people on the ground picking up trash AND nails while others were on the roof working. I have had several sub contractors at my house the last few years with various remodel projects, Shamrocks crew was the most impressive.

Awesome installation crew-organized cleanup-and overall concern of the customer-boss of crew and the one who came and talked about the job before hand-all I’m gonna say is anything not on the contract that is said they would do! You best get it in writing and get a complete estimate prior to doing the job on paper-they was trying to suck my insurance company dry-that’s why they never put a dollar amount on anything except for the down payment I made-not even the final payment.

It was a pleasant experience, no need to worry about anything because it was done fast and good quality workmanship.
