- I had my new roof put on yesterday by Shamrock. I’m not some one who usually leaves reviews, but I was so impressed with this company that I had to leave them a great review. I worked with Chance Johnson ( highly recommend), and from start to finish, he made what could have been a stressful situation, so easy. All I really had to do was pick the roof color. That’s it! The crew arrived at 6:30 a.m and worked until 9 p.m to assure the job was done. They also did a great job of cleaning up.

- I'm extremely pleased with Shamrock, and the work quality. Chance is the best. He worked with my insurance company and would not give up. Went thru 3 adjusters that finally agreeded to a total roof replacement, and complete decking replacement. The roofers starting at 9am and left after 9pm. It was extremely hot and they only stopped for lunch. Absolutely nothing was left in my yard, not even a nail. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations. Thank you, John & JoAnn

Josh Noteboom was very attentive to our wants and needs and when we noticed a flaw in the drip edge, Amy from the company had a crew out the very next day! I highly recommend Shamrock!!

- We highly recommend Shamrock to take care of your roofing needs. Brook Jones handled every aspect of the process from start to finish with professionalism and a smile! The crew under Andre’s’ direction was meticulous, they installed additional flashing and painted pipe stacks to match the roof. The clean up was very thorough. I got quotes from 5 companies and shamrock was very competitive. We had several damaged roofing boards that they arranged to have replaced. Our roof is better than ever now and should last us for decades to come. Thank you, Shamrock!
- Jacob Oliver was helping from the moment I approached him to look at my roof. There was never any pressure selling. He was thorough and explained everything and even helped with insurance. When he was available to meet my inspector, he made sure someone from Shamrock was at my house to go over everything with the inspector. He goes above and beyond for his clients. - They actually were going door to door after a storm but I could not have had a better experience! They were friendly, respectful, and honest. Zane Taylor, project manager, volunteered to meet my adjuster when he came to make sure he saw what they had seen. That was totally unexpected and I believe it made a huge difference. I live alone so having someone support my side of an insurance claim was very valuable to me. When the roofers were here they were extremely hard working in this Arkansas heat! They didn't leave a bit of residue in my yard or driveway from tearing off the old shingles and the roof felting. They also did a great job on my shed which needed the decking replaced. Zane said they also did extra rebuilding of the rafters after the old roof was removed. Maybe other roofers do the same but I was thoroughly impressed all the way around. Nice guys and gals. Right, two of the roofers were women! Loved that. Very friendly and took a moment to engage with me. I would give Shamrock Roofing 10 stars if I could.
- We recently had our roof replaced by Shamrock and we worked with Jacob Oliver. We had a great experience from start to finish! Jacob communicated with us every step of the process and was always able take care of anything we needed in a very timely manner. The crew that was sent to our home was very prompt and cleaned up during and after the job! - Greg McComb made this an awesome experience. We waited almost a year with another company that did not communicate, would no-show when they were supposed to be here, and didn’t bother checking in when a tornado hit and our home was in the path. Greg was out the day after the Claremore tornado to tarp our roof, and anyone else in the community that needed it, even without a promise of getting a job out of it. The process for getting things worked out was super quick and it was within 2 & 1/2 weeks from signing paperwork to getting a new roof put on. It looks amazing & we couldn’t be happier with Greg’s service. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

- So Greg Mccomb asked if I wanted a roof inspection and I said sure. Thinking I was gonna be pressured about being sold something. However to my surprise his knowledge and pure honesty we came to the conclusion that I don’t have enough damage for insurance to buy me a new one so he gave me options without making it uncomfortable. I will be using Shamrock and Greg Mccomb is so awesome.

- Our experience with Shamrock was great. Our representative Caleb was very accommodating and informative about the process of getting our roof replaced after a hail storm. From inspection to meeting with our insurance adjuster Caleb handled everything on his end and made all of the steps seamless. I can't imagine the whole thing being easier for us.
- Sam Spearman was super helpful in getting me looked after during the insurance adjuster process and in getting me a bid. I ended up going with a more general contractor for this job because there was more significant damage and I decided to work with a single vendor on everything but I can wholeheartedly recommend Shamrock in terms of their professionalism, responsiveness, and cost with the bid I did get on my roof replacement. They will be my backup if anything goes wrong with this contractor and I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.
- My experience with Shamrock was so different than any other home repair company I have ever dealt with. In such a refreshing way! Greg MCCOMB was so helpful and and patient explaining the process in a way I could understand. Very detailed and even made me my own video of the inspection of my roof! Who does that? - Shamrock went over the insurance estimate with me and explained all the jargon I did not understand. They showed up on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, they worked with me after the fact when insurance was trying to not pay. Instead of sticking me with the bill they helped me fight the insurance company until the roof was paid for. - Totally recommend. We worked with Olen in Kansas City, and it was the first time we didn’t feel like someone was just trying to sell as much as they could but instead do what was best for us. He was so honest and down to earth. Plus the whole this was done in a day! So happy we found Shamrock.

- I called Shamrock because I had water leaking in my laundry room. It was not a roof leak but a gutter cleaning problem. While investigating, damage from hail was found. And, then it hailed again. Shamrock knew the ins and outs of insurance coverage and provided me a needed plan to make the claim and educated me on the process. It has gone very smoothly. So far, we have not had any rain to really test the roof out. I have every confidence that Shamrock will back up the guarantee.
- Great company and experience. Professional from beginning to end. The decking needed to be replaced, which was an unforseen problem. The crew (with the help of our project manager Cody) worked all day into the evening to get our roof on due to the forecasted rain that night. Five Stars!

- Shamrock was great, specifically Jeremiah. From start to finish, he communicated with us what to expect and how things would work, and showed up with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered and went smoothly. He was great to work with, and I highly recommend him.
- We had a great experience with Jeremiah and Shamrock Roofing. After identifying and documenting the damage to our roof and gutters, he initiated our insurance claim, met with the adjuster and followed up with more pictures when they weren't going to cover all of the gutters. Once the job started he showed up throughout out the day to see how the job was progressing and came by for a final cleanup. The crew did excellent work and made sure they were picking up blowing debris as they worked because it was an extremely windy day. They even roofed our dog house! Jeremiah handled providing the invoice to our insurance so we could get our final payment. The gutters were replaced a couple of weeks later and, again, the crew was professional and cleaned up. They even corrected the slope of the gutters so they would drain properly. All in all an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Jeremiah and Shamrock Roofing.

- With some pretty heavy winds and a few storms rolling through in the past few weeks, we decided to take precautionary measures and have our roof inspected. Gage was the one who came by and made the process super quick and easy. Was on and off the roof in under 20 minutes and even provided a detailed video showing us what he saw. Super transparent and warned us of a few potential things to look out for but told us our roof looked really good for the time being. Will definitely be utilizing shamrock roofing any time we need something done!

- If I could give 100 out of 5 stars I would. We worked with Josh Huggins and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. We ended up having our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage, and he walked us through the whole process (including answering a lot of questions), met with the insurance adjuster, was phenomenal with communication, and just explained everything thoroughly but clearly. He honestly made a potentially stressful situation so easy. The roofers were fast, efficient, and overall great! Our roof looks so good and I 100% recommend Shamrock and Josh!

- Killian, one of the project managers, inspected the roof of my mama’s house the very next day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he determined the roof did not have to be replaced. There were however, a few areas that needed to be resealed. Killian went ahead and resealed these areas with product that he had on hand. He did not have to do this, but insisted that he is happy to make these simple repairs whenever he is able to. He stated “I love to replace damaged roofs, but if I can fix ‘em here and now, that’s even better.” I am forever grateful for this kind gesture. I was very impressed by the kindness and care he showed my mother and I.
- I recently had Shamrock Roofing replace the aging roof on my house. The roof was near the end of it's expected life and I was preparing to have to pay the full amount out of pocket. I chose to go with Shamrock initially because of their pricing. They gave me the best pricing of all the other companies I had contacted and they have financing options available. But the real surprise and reason I am rating them 5-Stars is because of the people and the service they provided. My initial contact was with Shamrock was Zane Taylor. I cannot give Zane enough praise for everything he did during the project. His communication was superb. His attentiveness made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with though I know that he had others he was assisting throughout my project. His level of knowledge and professionalism kept me informed and confident that he had the answers to any questions that I threw his way. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. It is because of Zane and his experience that I decided to go ahead and check with my insurance about possibly filing a claim for past storm damages that Zane found while conducting the initial inspection. As a result, my insurance did approve the claim. He saved me thousands of dollars because he found areas of storm damage and provided me photos for the insurance. The project took about a day and a half and the unfortunate part of roofing that can happen, happened to me. My roof has two sky lights that the crew had to work around. During the replacement, some dry wall inside had been damaged and broken off. I contacted Zane and sent him a photo of the damage. In a matter of minutes, the crew foreman came and inspected the damage, confirmed it was most like their fault, and Zane had a dry wall contractor scheduled to come and fix it. It's this rapid response to an issue that sold me on Shamrock. I will be using them the next time I have a roofing need and I suggest to anyone who is needing or even thinks you may need your roof looked at to contact Shamrock Roofing.

- If I could give more than 5 stars for Zane Taylor and Shamrock, I would! Zane rang our doorbell on just the right day (I had recently taken down our "no soliciting" sign to install our doorbell camera), asked if we had any leaks in our roof, and offered us a free inspection. Normally I'm a hard no to any salesperson at my door but we did happen to have a leak during a rainstorm just a few days prior. He ended up finding some hail damage and helped us get our roof and gutters 100% covered by our insurance—and all the work was completed less than 3 weeks later. Zane literally handled every detail. He met with the adjuster, handled all the paperwork, and managed our depreciations so we could get a second payment from insurance for completing the work. He even hand painted our fascia boards himself before they installed our new gutters! Our roof looks amazing and has a lifetime warranty! The crews that did the roof and gutters were excellent and cleaned up very well after they were done. They even disposed of some trash for us that was unrelated to the project. - I just had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed by Shamrock Roofing. They did a great job and we are 100% satisfied! Sam Spearman, the project manager for the replacement did a great job. He worked with the insurance adjuster and helped me get the insurance claim filed. He did a great job communicating every step of the way. The crews doing the work were very professional and friendly. The work was highest quality and the did a very detailed clean-up. It took one day for the roof from start to finish and one day for the gutters and downspouts.

- They did an excellent job on our roof back in September. What I really want to comment on is another issue. When they did the roof, they caused some minor damage to our leaf filter system. Although it took a while (they are busy) they TOTALLY repaired the damage at no cost while leaf filter said it would cost $8000 to repair. I had left a negative review based on misinformation from Leaf Filter. I REMOVED that review as they have shown me the damage wasn't so bad and they fixed it! I totally RECOMMEND Shamrock. - Olen from Shamrock came out the first time around to give us a quote, he wasn’t pushy, gave my wife and I plenty of time to think our option. Our roof is not a typical roof they had done before; my home is 100+ years old, 3 level high with old school high angle edges roof. To give you an idea my insurance company inspector walked on the roof with safety harness, said it was the most the dangerous roof he ever been on. After hiring Shamrock for the shingle roof replacement, they had a rocky start with the rain throughout the month that pushed our start date further out than expected. Tom the manager contacted me directly to reassure me that the job will get done and answered all my concerns. The day finally came, Shamrock Roofing undertook a particularly challenging roofing project, and I must say, their exceptional workmanship truly impressed me. On the second day, the lift they were using had damaged my neighbor’s yard, they were professional with directly speaking with my neighbor and Tom coming out with landscapers to see that repairs are done to his yard. My roof look great and would recommend anyone that needs a roofing project done to them. - The estimator worked with the claims agent to appraise the roof damage and was helpful in securing an insurance settlement. The crew was very thorough in removing the old roofing and preparing the surface for the new roof. The precisions and quality of installation was evident. They were also very thorough in cleanup. Before removal they install ground tarps around the building to catch anything that might fall from the roof. Afterward, they scoured the grounds for nails and other loose debris - even removing waste that had drifted into the neighbors back yard. I was very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and would highly recommend Shamrock to others.

The roofers in an excellent job on putting the roof up I went up there and inspected it myself LOL. - Saw a water leak in my attic so called shammrock... They came and investigated the issue in a timely manner. They are very true and honest. They looked at the water leak, inspected my roof completely and reported just a caulking issue without unnecessarily complicating the issue. Even they helped me fix the caulking that stopped the leak. I would definitely recommend these folks.

- I am a retired insurance adjustor myself, but had not been on my own roof for about four years due to knee injuries. John Vera Cruz checked the roof and showed me the photos of the hail damage. We contacted my homeowner's insurance and had everything taken care of with new shingles and gutters complete in under ten days from the day he inspected the roof. The roofing crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves to the point that I found only two nails and they were in flower pots where they had apparently bounced. The gutters were done the next day by an equally professional husband/wife team along with their son and daughter. All in all, about as painless a procedure as it could be.
