- Nick did a great job communicating and answered questions quickly. He responded to issues found after project completion and took care of them. We still have a few gutter issues that need to be fixed, but I'm confident they will take care of it. Overall, not a fun process to have to get a new roof, but Shamrock made it as painless as possible
- I had a great experience working with Chance Johnson and his roofing crew. He came out to give an estimate, helped me contact my insurance company, then both parties came out for a thorough inspection. The crew was there within a couple weeks replacing the roof. Chance made sure the crew had water/drinks on the hot day they were there. The crew was very polite and efficient, and worked hard to get the job done quickly on this hot day. Chance was thorough in answering all questions before, during, and after the completion of the roof. Shamrock has been very patient in dealing with the insurance through all of this. I would highly recommend Shamrock roofing (Chance Johnson) for all your roofing needs.
- I was referred to Jacob Himelick with Shamrock Roofing and Construction in Omaha, Nebraska by a friend and could not be happier with the final work. They came out within a relatively quick amount of time to replace my roof despite all the work they had been doing due to the damage all over town from a bad hail storm a few months back. Besides my roof, they also replaced the fascia under the roofline and ensured it looked as good as new again. Jacob was responsive to all of my communications and addressed any concerns I had quickly and without issues. I would recommend them for roof replacement and would use them again in the future.
- After a hail/wind/rain storm in 2024 Shamrock Roofing and Construction out of Omaha, NE installed a new roof on October 7th, 2024. I could not have asked for a more EXCELLENT ... Project Manager, Kaleb DeCora, ... to walk me through the process from beginning to end on replacing my roof for the first time on my home. On top of being one of the nicest and honest people I have ever encountered; Kaleb was professional, very thorough in explaining the process, answering my many questions, and always being there right away when I reached out to him. His approach was taking his time with me and having my best interest in mind as a new client which really meant a lot to me (when so many companies today are in it just for the sale and moving on the next client). Kaleb was present when the insurance adjuster visited to do his analysis on the damage and worked out all details with the insurance company with great knowledge, in a timely manner and effectively. - Worked with Jacob Oliver from Shamrock a few months ago after a big hail storm. He did the inspection the same week I reached out, and talked to my insurance agent on the phone with me to describe the damage. When the insurance company sent their own inspector over, Jacob came back to walk them through it and ensure they didn't miss anything. All the roofing work was completed in a single day and looks great. Overall Jacob was very easy to work with.

- Trevin Craig was the Shamrock Roofing project manager for the replacement of my hail damaged roof. Trevin is very friendly & likeable guy, who really knows his business. Trevin was on top of the whole project and made sure every detail was taken care of. Also, if I had questions, he always followed up with me. I am no roofing expert, but from everything I have observed, the roof was installed as planned, was completed in a timely manner and looks great.
- Nick made the process very painless. He assisted with filing the claim with the insurance company met with the insurance adjuster during the inspection and was on site numerous time before during and after installation to ensure everything was being taken care of.
- The roof crew took special care to cover my mom's flower garden to keep nails and dibree from falling on them, and it looks great. None of the flowers were damage which made me and her very happy. - My husband and I had a hail storm this past March and we needed a new roof. Originally we were set with a previous roofing company but then Jacob Berg randomly knocked on our door. As soon as I answered the door I realized that I knew Jacob from elementary school and he has always been a trustworthy guy. I convinced my husband to switch to Shamrock roofing and we are SO glad we made that switch. Words will never begin to describe how patient Jacob was and how quickly he would respond to us. He gives shamrock such a good name and I hope they realize that it’s not everyday that you find someone with amazing work ethic and someone with integrity. I am sure that shamrock has amazing people to work with but trust me when I say that Jacob will take great care of you.
- I give Shamrock and Josh Noteboom a five star rating for my roof replacement. When I called Shamrock, Josh Noteboom answered. The very next day he came for the free inspection. Several days later he then met with the insurance adjuster to review the damage. The insurance adjuster changed appointment time and Josh made himself available to the adjusters timing. as soon as the insurance company approved the damages, Josh brought the sample roof product. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions. I was extremely impressed that whenever I sent Josh a text message with a question, he answered almost immediately. He was very patient as I had many questions. The crew was amazing. They replaced my roof on one extremely hot and humid day and did a beautiful job. They did a great job at cleanup. I highly recommend Josh Noteboom and Shamrock Roofing to everyone.

- Excellent, efficient and friendly service. We survived the Tornado/High Winds on 5/26/24 in Rogers, but the house and yard took a severe beating. We were not satisfied with the Contractor we hired that removed all the tree damage and was going to also do the roof repair. I was complaining at work and a co-worker said: Call Zane Taylor with Shamrock Roofing. So, we did. He was very professional and personable, and he and his team did an excellent job putting a new roof on for us. I highly recommend this Company. He took great pictures and explained what he saw and what needed to be done to my property. He had also done a great job following up with me to answer further questions and concerns. - When the storm came through and wrecked my neighborhood I was immediately thrust into a world of chaos and insurance claims. I asked a few friends for suggestions for a roofing company. - Had a fantastic experience with Jeremiah and his crew at Shamrock roofing. I had a leak during the spring hail storm in May. Jeremiah was out in 24 hours up on my roof and then helped me file my claim with my insurance company. The adjuster was out within 48 hours. Once again, Jeremiah showed incredible professionalism. He was on the roof one hour before my adjuster showed up and before I knew I was getting a new roof. We went on vacation in August. All the work was complete by the time we got home. - Sean Golden at Shamrock Roofing was amazing. He a hard worker and make sure you get what you need. The first time our insurance rep come to our house they said we didn't need a new roof. Sean said no he wrong. My husband had the insurance rep come back to our house and Sean was here and made sure he was seeing what need to be repaired. He was great about commutations with us at all time. Sean made sure if we had any question he would answer them. The roof crew was amazing and clean up the yard nice. - I’ve never had work done by this company. I made a mistake and posted a bad review about this company as a result of another with a similar name. I was contacted almost immediately by a very polite and professional individual named Josh. Who explained the situation. I can not apologize enough for my mistake. - Shout out to an awesome roofing company. We had storm damage from a hail storm in Omaha back in May. Kaleb Decora came out and gave us an estimate and it was smooth sailing with Shamrock for there. They did what they said they were going to do, were on time and their crew was amazing. Kaleb walked us through the whole process and dealt with our insurance company directly. Zane Taylor, project manager, volunteered to meet my adjuster when he came to make sure he saw what they had seen. That was totally unexpected and I believe it made a huge difference. I live alone so having someone support my side of an insurance claim was very valuable to me. When the roofers were here they were extremely hard working in this Arkansas heat! They didn't leave a bit of residue in my yard or driveway from tearing off the old shingles and the roof felting. They also did a great job on my shed which needed the decking replaced. Zane said they also did extra rebuilding of the rafters after the old roof was removed. Maybe other roofers do the same but I was thoroughly impressed all the way around. Nice guys and gals. We waited almost a year with another company that did not communicate, would no-show when they were supposed to be here, and didn’t bother checking in when a tornado hit and our home was in the path. After identifying and documenting the damage to our roof and gutters, he initiated our insurance claim, met with the adjuster and followed up with more pictures when they weren't going to cover all of the gutters. Once the job started he showed up throughout out the day to see how the job was progressing and came by for a final cleanup. The crew did excellent work and made sure they were picking up blowing debris as they worked because it was an extremely windy day. They even roofed our dog house! Jeremiah handled providing the invoice to our insurance so we could get our final payment. The gutters were replaced a couple of weeks later and, again, the crew was professional and cleaned up. - With some pretty heavy winds and a few storms rolling through in the past few weeks, we decided to take precautionary measures and have our roof inspected. Gage was the one who came by and made the process super quick and easy. Was on and off the roof in under 20 minutes and even provided a detailed video showing us what he saw. Super transparent and warned us of a few potential things to look out for but told us our roof looked really good for the time being. Will definitely be utilizing shamrock roofing any time we need something done!

- I recently had Shamrock Roofing replace the aging roof on my house. The roof was near the end of it's expected life and I was preparing to have to pay the full amount out of pocket. I chose to go with Shamrock initially because of their pricing. They gave me the best pricing of all the other companies I had contacted and they have financing options available. But the real surprise and reason I am rating them 5-Stars is because of the people and the service they provided. My initial contact was with Shamrock was Zane Taylor. I cannot give Zane enough praise for everything he did during the project. His communication was superb. His attentiveness made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with though I know that he had others he was assisting throughout my project. His level of knowledge and professionalism kept me informed and confident that he had the answers to any questions that I threw his way. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. It is because of Zane and his experience that I decided to go ahead and check with my insurance about possibly filing a claim for past storm damages that Zane found while conducting the initial inspection. As a result, my insurance did approve the claim. He saved me thousands of dollars because he found areas of storm damage and provided me photos for the insurance. The project took about a day and a half and the unfortunate part of roofing that can happen, happened to me. My roof has two sky lights that the crew had to work around. During the replacement, some dry wall inside had been damaged and broken off. I contacted Zane and sent him a photo of the damage. In a matter of minutes, the crew foreman came and inspected the damage, confirmed it was most like their fault, and Zane had a dry wall contractor scheduled to come and fix it. It's this rapid response to an issue that sold me on Shamrock. I will be using them the next time I have a roofing need and I suggest to anyone who is needing or even thinks you may need your roof looked at to contact Shamrock Roofing.

Zane rang our doorbell on just the right day (I had recently taken down our "no soliciting" sign to install our doorbell camera), asked if we had any leaks in our roof, and offered us a free inspection. Normally I'm a hard no to any salesperson at my door but we did happen to have a leak during a rainstorm just a few days prior. He ended up finding some hail damage and helped us get our roof and gutters 100% covered by our insurance—and all the work was completed less than 3 weeks later. Zane literally handled every detail. He met with the adjuster, handled all the paperwork, and managed our depreciations so we could get a second payment from insurance for completing the work. He even hand painted our fascia boards himself before they installed our new gutters! Our roof looks amazing and has a lifetime warranty! He worked closely with our insurance adjuster to make sure the insurance company covered everything that needed repairs. The Shamrock Roofing crew did an excellent job removing two layers of old roof, repairing a few places where underlayment was damaged, and installing the new roof all in one day. The new roof looks awesome. The roofing crew was very pleasant and did an excellent job of cleaning up around the exterior of the house. Jeremiah coordinated getting new leaf guard gutters installed as well. The gutter crew was great to work with and did a great job. Gutters look great. Jeremiah was very dedicated to the project from the beginning to the end. He came back several times from our initial contact, visits with the claims adjuster, and making sure the roofing and gutter crew were providing us with excellent service. Before removal they install ground tarps around the building to catch anything that might fall from the roof. Afterward, they scoured the grounds for nails and other loose debris - even removing waste that had drifted into the neighbors back yard. We contacted my homeowner's insurance and had everything taken care of with new shingles and gutters complete in under ten days from the day he inspected the roof. The roofing crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves to the point that I found only two nails and they were in flower pots where they had apparently bounced. The gutters were done the next day by an equally professional husband/wife team along with their son and daughter. All in all, about as painless a procedure as it could be.
