Earning potential varies by position. Sales roles offer 1099 uncapped commission earnings with performance-based bonuses—most sales executives make $100K+ per year, and top producers make $250K+. Office roles offer competitive salaries with full benefits.

What positions are available?

We hire across three categories: Office (Admin, Branch Leadership, Accounting, HR, Marketing), Sales (Project Manager – Roofing Sales, Project Manager Trainee), and Subcontractors (Roofing, Gutters, Siding). Roofing careers are available at all 19 locations.
