At Shamrock Roofing and Construction, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty provides homeowners with long-term peace of mind, knowing that their roofing system was installed according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
If a defect arises due to Shamrock Roofing and Construction’s workmanship, we will repair the issue at our expense during the warranty period. This warranty covers both labor and materials required to correct workmanship-related defects and restore the roofing system to proper condition.
Our commitment is to promptly investigate and address any covered workmanship issues brought to our attention.

Repairs performed by Shamrock Roofing and Construction
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from circumstances outside of Shamrock Roofing and Construction’s control, including but not limited to:
Acts or omissions of other contractors or trades
Lightning strikes
Hail damage
Flooding
Ice damming
Earthquakes
Hurricanes
Acts of God or severe weather events
Structural settlement, movement, or shifting
Cracking or deflection of roof decking or building structure
Defects in underlying substrates or existing building components
Faulty walls, chimneys, skylights, vents, supports, or other building elements
Vapor condensation
Mortar or brick deterioration
Dry rot
Clogged drains or gutters
Improper drainage or roof slope conditions
Ponding or standing water caused by conditions beyond Shamrock Roofing and Construction’s control
Termites, insects, rodents, or other animals
Fire damage
Exposure to harmful chemicals, oils, acids, or similar substances
If damage occurs from any of the above conditions and results in a leak or loss of watertight performance, the warranty may become void unless repairs are completed by Shamrock Roofing and Construction at the owner’s expense.
This warranty is transferable to future property owners.
To transfer coverage, the new owner must contact Shamrock Roofing and Construction within 30 days of closing and provide documentation confirming ownership of the property. Coverage remains available to the new owner for one year following the transfer.
