- Process went very smoothly. Working with Will Little, the scheduling for new guttering was setup within the week - delayed a day by weather, but the installation was begun first thing the next morning and completed that afternoon. We met again the following morning as a follow-up to inspect.

- After torrential rains last week I had water suddenly seeping through the face of my large stone fireplace. One roofer no-showed and others couldn't make it for a week or more. I called Shamrock Friday and they were booked up but said they could be here first thing Monday morning. I was luckily able to get someone else out to fix it on Friday evening before the additional rain over the weekend, but Shamrock did call on Monday before heading my way so they were in fact planning to be here as scheduled. That in itself is fairly rare these days, and I have no doubt that they would have done good work if I had still needed them!

- Caleb was responsive, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He was a great go-between with our insurance company -- handling all the little details with the adjusters. He was a tremendous advocate on our behalf when the insurance carrier was either slow to respond or offering a sub-par settlement. The workers completed their tasks as scheduled, on time, cleaned up afterwards, and applied high quality roofing and guttering products. And Caleb returned more than once to make sure the work was done to our complete satisfaction. While I hope we never need to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact the folks at Shamrock.

- Nick did a great job communicating and answered questions quickly. He responded to issues found after project completion and took care of them. We still have a few gutter issues that need to be fixed, but I'm confident they will take care of it. Overall, not a fun process to have to get a new roof, but Shamrock made it as painless as possible

- I was referred to Jacob Himelick with Shamrock Roofing and Construction in Omaha, Nebraska by a friend and could not be happier with the final work. They came out within a relatively quick amount of time to replace my roof despite all the work they had been doing due to the damage all over town from a bad hail storm a few months back. Besides my roof, they also replaced the fascia under the roofline and ensured it looked as good as new again. Jacob was responsive to all of my communications and addressed any concerns I had quickly and without issues. I would recommend them for roof replacement and would use them again in the future.
- After a hail/wind/rain storm in 2024 Shamrock Roofing and Construction out of Omaha, NE installed a new roof on October 7th, 2024. I could not have asked for a more EXCELLENT ... Project Manager, Kaleb DeCora, ... to walk me through the process from beginning to end on replacing my roof for the first time on my home. On top of being one of the nicest and honest people I have ever encountered; Kaleb was professional, very thorough in explaining the process, answering my many questions, and always being there right away when I reached out to him. He did the inspection the same week I reached out, and talked to my insurance agent on the phone with me to describe the damage. - The roof crew took special care to cover my mom's flower garden to keep nails and dibree from falling on them, and it looks great. None of the flowers were damage which made me and her very happy. - Excellent, efficient and friendly service. We survived the Tornado/High Winds on 5/26/24 in Rogers, but the house and yard took a severe beating. We were not satisfied with the Contractor we hired that removed all the tree damage and was going to also do the roof repair. I was complaining at work and a co-worker said: Call Zane Taylor with Shamrock Roofing. So, we did. - Had a fantastic experience with Jeremiah and his crew at Shamrock roofing. I had a leak during the spring hail storm in May. Jeremiah was out in 24 hours up on my roof and then helped me file my claim with my insurance company. The adjuster was out within 48 hours. Once again, Jeremiah showed incredible professionalism. He was on the roof one hour before my adjuster showed up and before I knew I was getting a new roof. We went on vacation in August. All the work was complete by the time we got home. - Sean Golden at Shamrock Roofing was amazing. He a hard worker and make sure you get what you need. The first time our insurance rep come to our house they said we didn't need a new roof. Sean said no he wrong. My husband had the insurance rep come back to our house and Sean was here and made sure he was seeing what need to be repaired. He was great about commutations with us at all time. Sean made sure if we had any question he would answer them. The roof crew was amazing and clean up the yard nice. - I’ve never had work done by this company. I made a mistake and posted a bad review about this company as a result of another with a similar name. I was contacted almost immediately by a very polite and professional individual named Josh. Who explained the situation. I can not apologize enough for my mistake. Josh seems like a good guy I believe he would operate a good business. Again my apologies for my confusion and I hope this was corrected before any harm was done.

- They actually were going door to door after a storm but I could not have had a better experience! They were friendly, respectful, and honest. Zane Taylor, project manager, volunteered to meet my adjuster when he came to make sure he saw what they had seen. That was totally unexpected and I believe it made a huge difference. I live alone so having someone support my side of an insurance claim was very valuable to me. When the roofers were here they were extremely hard working in this Arkansas heat! They didn't leave a bit of residue in my yard or driveway from tearing off the old shingles and the roof felting. They also did a great job on my shed which needed the decking replaced. Zane said they also did extra rebuilding of the rafters after the old roof was removed. Maybe other roofers do the same but I was thoroughly impressed all the way around. Nice guys and gals. Right, two of the roofers were women! Loved that. Very friendly and took a moment to engage with me. I would give Shamrock Roofing 10 stars if I could.
- Greg McComb made this an awesome experience. We waited almost a year with another company that did not communicate, would no-show when they were supposed to be here, and didn’t bother checking in when a tornado hit and our home was in the path. Greg was out the day after the Claremore tornado to tarp our roof, and anyone else in the community that needed it, even without a promise of getting a job out of it. The process for getting things worked out was super quick and it was within 2 & 1/2 weeks from signing paperwork to getting a new roof put on. It looks amazing & we couldn’t be happier with Greg’s service. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

- We had a great experience with Jeremiah and Shamrock Roofing. After identifying and documenting the damage to our roof and gutters, he initiated our insurance claim, met with the adjuster and followed up with more pictures when they weren't going to cover all of the gutters. Once the job started he showed up throughout out the day to see how the job was progressing and came by for a final cleanup. The crew did excellent work and made sure they were picking up blowing debris as they worked because it was an extremely windy day. They even roofed our dog house! Jeremiah handled providing the invoice to our insurance so we could get our final payment. The gutters were replaced a couple of weeks later and, again, the crew was professional and cleaned up. They even corrected the slope of the gutters so they would drain properly. All in all an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Jeremiah and Shamrock Roofing.

- With some pretty heavy winds and a few storms rolling through in the past few weeks, we decided to take precautionary measures and have our roof inspected. Gage was the one who came by and made the process super quick and easy. Was on and off the roof in under 20 minutes and even provided a detailed video showing us what he saw. Super transparent and warned us of a few potential things to look out for but told us our roof looked really good for the time being. Will definitely be utilizing shamrock roofing any time we need something done!

- I recently had Shamrock Roofing replace the aging roof on my house. The roof was near the end of it's expected life and I was preparing to have to pay the full amount out of pocket. I chose to go with Shamrock initially because of their pricing. They gave me the best pricing of all the other companies I had contacted and they have financing options available. But the real surprise and reason I am rating them 5-Stars is because of the people and the service they provided. My initial contact was with Shamrock was Zane Taylor. I cannot give Zane enough praise for everything he did during the project. His communication was superb. His attentiveness made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with though I know that he had others he was assisting throughout my project. His level of knowledge and professionalism kept me informed and confident that he had the answers to any questions that I threw his way. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. It is because of Zane and his experience that I decided to go ahead and check with my insurance about possibly filing a claim for past storm damages that Zane found while conducting the initial inspection. As a result, my insurance did approve the claim. He saved me thousands of dollars because he found areas of storm damage and provided me photos for the insurance. The project took about a day and a half and the unfortunate part of roofing that can happen, happened to me. My roof has two sky lights that the crew had to work around. During the replacement, some dry wall inside had been damaged and broken off. I contacted Zane and sent him a photo of the damage. In a matter of minutes, the crew foreman came and inspected the damage, confirmed it was most like their fault, and Zane had a dry wall contractor scheduled to come and fix it. It's this rapid response to an issue that sold me on Shamrock. I will be using them the next time I have a roofing need and I suggest to anyone who is needing or even thinks you may need your roof looked at to contact Shamrock Roofing.

- They did a great job on the roof. They did it in one day as promised. My only issue was they left the dumpster over night on our driveway preventing us from moving the cars back in the garage. Fortunately we did not have any storms that night. We also had to clean up a lot of nails after they moved the dumpster. But the work on the roof was outstanding and we are happy with our new roof.

- The estimator worked with the claims agent to appraise the roof damage and was helpful in securing an insurance settlement. The crew was very thorough in removing the old roofing and preparing the surface for the new roof. The precisions and quality of installation was evident. They were also very thorough in cleanup. Before removal they install ground tarps around the building to catch anything that might fall from the roof. Afterward, they scoured the grounds for nails and other loose debris - even removing waste that had drifted into the neighbors back yard. I was very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and would highly recommend Shamrock to others.

They looked at the water leak, inspected my roof completely and reported just a caulking issue without unnecessarily complicating the issue. - I am a retired insurance adjustor myself, but had not been on my own roof for about four years due to knee injuries. John Vera Cruz checked the roof and showed me the photos of the hail damage. We contacted my homeowner's insurance and had everything taken care of with new shingles and gutters complete in under ten days from the day he inspected the roof. The roofing crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves to the point that I found only two nails and they were in flower pots where they had apparently bounced. The gutters were done the next day by an equally professional husband/wife team along with their son and daughter. All in all, about as painless a procedure as it could be.
