• When our son, Tristan Simpson, came home (Easton, KS) after the snow/ice storm, we had him check our roof for damage. He was very professional and extremely polite ( even though we were his parents). He made sure the vents were intact and that there were no leaks or loose shingles. All the gutters were still firmly in place. Roof was in good shape. When it comes time to replace it, we will go with Shamrock roofing simply because of the professionalism and quick response time. Besides, if you can't trust your own family who can you trust?

• Patrick Supinski was a huge help when I had my roof replaced last fall. Patrick stopped by to give me a free inspection after the hail storm last spring. He found lots of damage. The first insurance inspector did not want to cover the damage. Patrick helped me get a second adjuster to come out by submitting lots of pictures of the damage he found. When the second adjuster came out, he agreed and the claim was covered. It was a long process with the insurance company but Patrick helped me get it done. Thank you for your perseverance from beginning to end!

• Got a free inspection and found tons of roof damage. Worked with Jason Taylor and this man handled EVERYTHING. He talked with my insurance company for me and got me a huge claim. He even came out and put tarp on my roof to cover some spots before insurance even saw it. Got everything claimed, processed, and installed in a week. I've worked with a couple other roofers in the past and this company has been by far the best. Even calling in to make the payment the customer service staff was friendly and helpful. • Excellent service. I had both Reed and Mack come out to help with a roof inspection. After I called and provided some basic information, they were able to come out within just a couple of days. Reed and Mack walked the entire roof, took photos, and carefully inspected the areas of concern I had pointed out. To my surprise, no work was needed.
