Reed and Mack walked the entire roof, took photos, and carefully inspected the areas of concern I had pointed out. To my surprise, no work was needed. • Randolph was the project manager running the job at my house in O'Fallon, IL. He was incredible throughout the entire process. Walked me through all that needed to be done and made the entire process mostly painless. Highly recommend. Couple Notes: The company should adopt some web portal to pay for jobs instead of over the phone credit cards, though the folks that worked in Billing were very helpful. The sub contract responsible for cleaning up nails and extra material never showed up despite Randolph doing all he could, forcing me to pick up all the debris and nails that were left over. The project manager offered to do it himself, but I said no, that's not his job.

• I got my roof and gutters entirely replaced with homeowners insurance after hail damage. I started off with an inspection from my insurance, and got a list of things they would pay to replace that boiled down to "everything" I handed the whole thing off to Ethan Faltisek from Shamrock, they set up everything quickly and painlessly, and even handled filling a supplemental claim with the insurance when they found more damage that wasn't on the list. They dropped off supplies one day, then the next day roofers came and did all of the shingles over the course of a few hours. A couple days later the gutters people came by and finished up the rest of it. The whole thing was easy on my end, I only paid the deductible out of pocket, and the new roof is great. Ethan was professional and helpful and explained the whole process as we went. Excellent experience all around.

• Chris Dennis with Shamrock Roofing Denver gave us an incredible service. We had several folks come out to give us a quote. Ultimately, we went with Chris because of his keen eye for details. He found an improperly installed bathroom vent and included the repair in the quote. All the other contractors missed that detail. During the roof install, Chris noticed some of the shingles were a slightly different color than the rest due to a manufacturing error. Chris and his guys took an extra 4 hours to correct that mistake before we ever saw it. I can't recommend Chris Dennis with Shamrock enough!

As our project manager, he went above and beyond and was there for our project from start to finish.
