- Ivan Quinanes worked with us on our roof, gutter and downspout replacement. He was professional, thorough and above all patient. Our process took a while as we were also changing the paint color on our house and we took a while to decide on our roof color and pattern. - I was not anticipating getting my roof checked out, and I have said “thank you, but no thanks” to plenty of offers before, however one Saturday Roland Lamonica stopped by and with his kind and non-pushy demeanor we decided to have him look at it. Sure enough, our roof had more hail damage than required by our insurance for a new roof. He helped us with questions on how to submit through insurance, came out when our adjuster came out and also walked us through all of our options. It truly was an easy process. The roof was replaced in one day and the workers did not damage our driveway, yard or landscaping. Roland even noticed the building supply company sent The wrong color of trim and he actually had the workers take the just replaced trim off and put the correct color on before they were done. If you were like us, thinking we didn’t have leaks or any roof damage that we saw,, you may want to think again and have Shamrock come out and give you a free estimate. Super fast, super easy and absolutely worthwhile.

- I worked with Ivan Quinones and he was incredibly responsive and had two crews out to remove on old shake roof and install a new Class 4 roof within a week of signing the contract. He came out to meet the insurance adjuster when they inspected the roof. He was able to point out the damage to the roof to the adjuster which helped in processing the claim. The crews were incredibly hard working and got a very large roof completed faster than I expected. The crew cleaned up the yard and drive and came out the next two days after the roof was completed to clean up nails to make sure everything was picked up.

- August 2025 A compliment to Josh Noteboom. My roof recently had minor damaged by hail/wind. Several pieces of shingles flipped up as reported by my house insurance. I contacted Josh to estimate a cost of fixing. He inspected and offered to glue them down without asking for any fees. I was shocked. Note: My roof is 5 years old and was done by other roofing co (not Shamrock). Also thanks to Shamrock for allowing Josh to do small free service. It’s a good way to build relationship with new customers. Thank you, Josh!

- Happy customer here - Roland came to my door after finishing up with my neighbors, was exceptionally professional and made it clear that he had my best interest in mind. What stands out about the service I received is that Roland was tenacious about ironing out details with my insurance/adjusters, and made sure I got the roof I needed.
