- I'm writing in regards to my project with my new roof. We just had our roof replaced after 18yrs. We contacted shamrock roofing and we have had a wonderful experience working with Mike greenfield. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. We are two older retired gentlemen and didn't know who to contact, we lucked out with mike. He worked with us every step of the way, this guy really knows what he's doing. We have a beautiful new roof and matches it matches our siding. - I had roof and siding damage due to a hail storm. I got in touch with Jeremiah at Shamrock Roofing. He was nothing short of Amazingly Incredible! He worked diligently with my insurance company, helping to get, not just my roof, but my entire house covered with new siding. Originally, the insurance company was only going to cover the one side of the house that had hail damage, but he managed to get the entire house covered. He also dropped everything to come to my home to meet up with the insurance adjuster when they first were determining the hail damage and talked with the adjuster one on one about all that needed to be done. He is "All In" when it comes to trying to help his customers get the best offer from Shamrock as well as from their insurance company. One more note, the workers who came to do the work were timely and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of them even being here. I would unequivacly recommend Shamrock Roofing for all your roofing and siding needs.

- Michael Scannell responded on behalf of Shamrock Roofing to our concern of a small amount of water dripping from our bathroom vent. He went through our attic noticing fine snow had made its way through some of the vents in our Attic. This was the result of a significant snow storm and blizzard. He took the time to pick up any loose snow on top of the insulation and confirmed the leak was the result of a fine amount of snow from the storm. All this for no charge. What a professional he was and such a great representative of Shamrock.

- 10/10 Gage Hutchinson is professional, personable, organized, communicative, helpful, and quick to get the job done. I needed a cricket installed on my roof to help prevent leaves and moisture from building up behind the chimney!! The moisture was saturating and seeping through the roof, which creating water damage to the inside ceiling. The work was well done.

- What stood out most about Joshua was his honesty. He let me know that while there was damage, the insurance might or might not approve a roof replacement due to the mixed condition. - After torrential rains last week I had water suddenly seeping through the face of my large stone fireplace. One roofer no-showed and others couldn't make it for a week or more. I called Shamrock Friday and they were booked up but said they could be here first thing Monday morning. I was luckily able to get someone else out to fix it on Friday evening before the additional rain over the weekend, but Shamrock did call on Monday before heading my way so they were in fact planning to be here as scheduled. That in itself is fairly rare these days, and I have no doubt that they would have done good work if I had still needed them!

- Excellent, efficient and friendly service. We survived the Tornado/High Winds on 5/26/24 in Rogers, but the house and yard took a severe beating. We were not satisfied with the Contractor we hired that removed all the tree damage and was going to also do the roof repair. Zane Taylor, project manager, volunteered to meet my adjuster when he came to make sure he saw what they had seen. That was totally unexpected and I believe it made a huge difference. I live alone so having someone support my side of an insurance claim was very valuable to me. When the roofers were here they were extremely hard working in this Arkansas heat! They didn't leave a bit of residue in my yard or driveway from tearing off the old shingles and the roof felting. They also did a great job on my shed which needed the decking replaced. - They did a great job on the roof. They did it in one day as promised. My only issue was they left the dumpster over night on our driveway preventing us from moving the cars back in the garage. Fortunately we did not have any storms that night. We also had to clean up a lot of nails after they moved the dumpster. But the work on the roof was outstanding and we are happy with our new roof.

From day one our manager, Jason Flannery was with us and guided us through the entire process- starting with calling our insurance company for us (and helping us get full approval). Our HOA has quite a few rules and required authorization before our roof and gutter replacement could be completed, Jason, was extremely helpful in getting the information needed, so we could get the project moving along quickly. - Saw a water leak in my attic so called shammrock... They came and investigated the issue in a timely manner. They are very true and honest. They looked at the water leak, inspected my roof completely and reported just a caulking issue without unnecessarily complicating the issue. Even they helped me fix the caulking that stopped the leak. I would definitely recommend these folks.
